Marshall Cohen is the managing partner of Antonini and Cohen Immigration Law Group. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1989, he has practiced immigration law exclusively since approximately 1991. Prior to that he practiced criminal law, corporate law and litigation of constitutional matters. Mr. Cohen practices all areas of immigration law including family and employment cases, temporary and permanent visas, naturalization, deportation defense, and federal litigation. He has taught immigration law as an adjunct professor at the Georgia State University Law School. Mr. Cohen has also served as the Treasurer, Secretary and 2d Vice-Chair of the Georgia-Alabama American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Chapter. In addition, Mr. Cohen has served twice on AILA's national liaison committee to the Executive Office for Immigration Review. He has also twice chaired the Atlanta AILA chapter's liaison committee to the Atlanta immigration court, and twice chaired the chapter's liaison committee to the Atlanta District CIS Office. Mr. Cohen has frequently been a speaker on national and local panels regarding immigration issues.
