Lustgarten Global is a law firm dedicated to the representation of companies in global immigration matters. We provide companies with comprehensive immigration services, including procuring employment visas, work permits, residence permits and business visas for countries around the world.
Lustgarten Global provides a level of strategic partnership and professionalism in the delivery of global immigration legal solutions that is unmatched in the marketplace, both in developing new global mobility programs and refining existing programs. Because we are dedicated to coordination of immigration matters outside the U.S., the firm can also partner with top U.S. immigration law firms to provide global solutions to their clients. Specializing in the representation of U.S.-based companies, we primarily facilitate small and mid-size global mobility programs.
Lustgarten Global was founded by Audrey Lustgarten. Audrey is licensed to practice law in Georgia, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). She was recently appointed to the AILA Global Migration Section Conference Committee and the AILA Rome District Chapter Practice Management Committee. She also chairs the AILA Georgia-Alabama Pro Bono Committee and is a member of the ABA Immigration & Naturalization Committee Steering Group. She holds a Masters degree in International Relations from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. Audrey has worked for three of the top international law firms in the world specializing in immigration law, and was also previously a corporate litigator with one of the top 20 full service firms in the U.S. She founded Lustgarten Global because she felt there was an unmet need for a boutique global business immigration law firm focused on providing premium service and strategic partnership to small and mid-sized companies.
