Kelly A. Simons, Esq. has devoted her practice to immigration law since 1993. She has earned the reputation as an honest immigration lawyer who handles select complex immigration matters requiring personal attention and a listening ear. She has represented families, entrepreneurs, small businesses, multinational corporations, artists and entertainers in their applications before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly known at the “INS”) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (“Immigration Court”). Ms. Simons has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, holding an executive or committee leadership position nearly every year since 1995. Ms. Simons is fully fluent in the Spanish language, and has been active in numerous community and human rights organizations serving the Latin American community. She has served as a faculty member for continuing legal education and has been invited to speak – in Spanish and in English – before various business and social groups and on radio and television programs.
