Rhoshunda R. Rhodes is the Founder and Chief Legal Counsel of the Immigrant Relief Center, LLC (IRC). It is the IRC's mission to provide a reputable, full service immigration center to foreign nationals seeking entry into the United States for purposes of business, pleasure or employment. Additionally, we extend our professional services and legal advice to corporations in their employment recruiting and training efforts. The IRC is committed to building relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity, and sound legal advice. The IRC provides immigration services and legal advice in the following practice areas: Immigration and Naturalization Law, Business Immigration, Employment Immigration, Family Immigration Law, Labor Certification, Asylum, and Removal/Deportation Proceedings. In addition, we provide professional services and legal consultation to corporations in the areas of Employment Training & Development and Multi-Cultural Diversity Training.
Rhoshunda R. Rhodes is a graduate of the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is licensed to practice law in the federal courts of the United States and Louisiana. In addition to immigration and nationality law, Ms. Rhodes also has a vast majority of legal experience in public sector law with a concentration on litigation, contract review, and implementation of governmental policies, procedures and legislation. Additionally, she has congressional legislative experience providing legal research and counsel on legislative matters involving the Fourth Congressional District, Louisiana. Ms. Rhodes is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Louisiana Bar Association.
