The Immigration Law Offices of Joseph Rosen are a small personalized law firm offering reasonable and responsive services to foreign national athletes, U.S. citizens marrying foreign nationals, and to businesses and foreign nationals operating U.S. companies and employing or seeking the employment of foreign nationals.
Prior to opening his practice, Mr. Rosen was with the U.S. government for 30 years, 20 as a Special Agent with the FBI and the U.S. Customs Service.
In addition to operating his practice,Mr. Rosen is an adjunct law professor at John Marshall Law School teaching immigration Law. Mr. Rosen is also a Clinical Law Instructor at the JMLS Immgiration clinic at Catholic Charities Atlanta.
In addition to his primary office in Roswell, Georgia. Mr. Rosen maintains an Agency Office on Lodz Poland.
